Today marked the first time I broadcasted live on a real radio station and a proper show. As I had done it before in college and had small snippets on news show before this is a small milestone for me. The Saturday Sports Show on WDAR is now the show I co-present and this morning was my debut. So as i have already had a picture of the studio, how about the station logo and leaflet explaining all about West Dublin Access Radio as the photo for today

Well this will be another quiet week for the blog. This morning I start 2 weeks work with Dublins Radio Nova so early starts and not much opportunity to take pictures. As usual I will have my phone so if a photo opportunity does occur I will take a shot or two. Later in the week I will post a few shots from today’s studio shoot. It was more a learning experience than a proper photo shoot so not to many photos.
Normally at the side of a football pitch taking photos, or rambling around the park, or even Dublin City or the Irish countryside, i spent my sunday taking a studio lighting course. Got lots of handy hints and pointers and now it’s time to put it into practice over the next few weeks.
