D10FM Launch Party took place in BCFE today. Adrian Kennedy was on hand to do the official launch and a great afternoon was had by all.

Today at college Adrian Kennedy of FM104 popped in to help launch the college station which goes on air next Monday, April 22nd. And yes i will be involved, but in the news room part of station.

Kinda had to take photos for the Radio class as I know them so here is one of Adrian Kennedy officially launching the station.

Today marked the first time I broadcasted live on a real radio station and a proper show. As I had done it before in college and had small snippets on news show before this is a small milestone for me. The Saturday Sports Show on WDAR is now the show I co-present and this morning was my debut. So as i have already had a picture of the studio, how about the station logo and leaflet explaining all about West Dublin Access Radio as the photo for today

So today I managed to broadcast my first live segment at the noon news broadcast on the local community radio. Also recorded a couple minutes segment for the evening news to be broadcast later today. So today’s photo has to be of the studio.
