The only thing you can ever say about the Irish weather is that it is predictably unpredictable. I was in Dublin this time last year and it was clear, pushing 70 degrees, with no wind. The locals thought summer had arrived. In four days though, there was rain, ice, snow, sleet and hail not to mention terrible winds! I live in Southern California, and we’ve had signs of spring for over a month.
